3. Usage environment and maintenance

Of course, the durability of cotton flame-retardant fabrics is also affected by the use environment and maintenance methods. In outdoor environments, fabrics will age relatively quickly due to the erosion of natural factors such as sunlight, wind, rain, and sand and dust. Therefore, cotton flame-retardant fabrics used outdoors need to be replaced regularly to maintain their optimal performance. Generally speaking, the recommended outdoor use period is 2-3 years, and the longest is no more than 3 years.

In an indoor environment, because the environment is relatively stable and well protected, the durability of cotton flame-retardant fabrics will be better utilized. However, even for indoor use, you need to pay attention to the maintenance of the fabric. Regular cleaning, avoiding direct sunlight, and keeping away from heat sources are all effective measures to maintain the durability of fabrics.
