As the source of all cotton fabrics, cotton has started its wonderful journey after being picked from the cotton field.  First of all, the raw cotton enters the factory, goes through the cotton cleaning machinery, removes impurities, and is carded into cotton sliver, which is the first step towards the fabric.  Then, the sliver passes through the combining process to further optimize the fiber arrangement and become a drawn sliver, making the fiber more straight and parallel, and building a solid foundation for subsequent processing. 

Subsequently, the drawn sliver is twisted on the roving frame to become roving, enhancing the binding force of the fibers.  The roving is re-entered into the spinning frame, and the drafting ratio is greatly increased to spin a thin and tough yarn, which requires high uniformity and strength of the yarn.  The fine yarn is wound onto large cones for easy storage and transportation, at which point the yarn already has initial utility.

The yarn is sent to the weaving workshop, and after preparation procedures such as warping and sizing, it is turned into grey cloth on the loom.  The grey cloth also goes through a series of complex finishing processes such as desizing, boiling, bleaching, dyeing, printing, finishing, etc. Finally, it becomes the finished cotton fabric we see every day, either soft and skin-friendly, or crisp and shaped, meeting different life needs.
