In daily life, sometimes clothes are accidentally stained with stains. In order to clean them, some highly corrosive detergents are used to clean these stubborn stains. But this cannot be done when cleaning anti-static clothing.

The reason why anti-static clothing is anti-static is because conductive threads are embedded in the anti-static clothing fabric. Strong corrosive cleaning agents will corrode the conductive wires, reduce or even lose the original anti-static properties, causing the anti-static clothing to lose its unique protective properties.

So what’s special about cleaning anti-static clothing?

1. Anti-static clothing must be sorted before cleaning. Those with obvious damage should be professionally repaired, and those with obvious stains should be pre-treated.

2. It is not advisable to use over-acidic or over-alkaline laundry detergent when cleaning. Instead, use a detergent with a relatively neutral concentration.

3. Use professional ultrapure water and professional anti-static clothes washing machine for cleaning. Manual vigorous rubbing or ordinary washing machines will damage the conductive fibers of anti-static clothing.

4. Anti-static clothing cannot be washed immediately. Washed anti-static clothing needs to be tested for anti-static performance. If it does not meet the standard, it must be scrapped and replaced.
