Many companies are now inseparable from anti-static work clothes. For example, electronic manufacturing, biomedical, petrochemical, food and other industries will require employees to wear anti-static clothes. As a piece of functional clothing, the performance of anti-static clothing is particularly important. Almost all functional clothing have a certain lifespan. This is unavoidable. What we can do is try to avoid early loss of the performance of anti-static clothing.

1. When wearing anti-static clothing, you should first check whether there are any metal objects on your body. It is prohibited to put any metal objects on your body to prevent sharp objects from penetrating the anti-static clothing or other situations.

2. Please do not modify or design the anti-static clothing without permission due to wearing discomfort or other reasons. Doing so will only do a lot of harm to the anti-static clothing without any benefit.

3. Newly sewn anti-static clothing can be washed directly. Used anti-static clothing should be checked first for obvious or large stains, and the oil stains should be carefully removed before washing.

4. Before cleaning, check for scratches, damage, buckles and other accessories, and repair, replace or scrap any defective ones.

5. Try to clean, dry, and package in a place with high cleanliness to prevent dust from causing secondary pollution to anti-static clothing.

6. In order to prevent the performance of clean work clothes from being damaged, it is forbidden to use strong acid and alkali laundry detergents during cleaning, and neutral laundry detergent must be used.

7. During the final rinse and water penetration, an antistatic agent can be used to improve the antistatic properties, but the selected antistatic agent should be well combined with the fiber and no dust will fall off.
