As functional clothing, the service life of anti-static clothing cannot be judged solely by appearance or usage time, but also needs to be judged based on professional data. So under what circumstances should anti-static clothing be scrapped and replaced?

1. After cleaning the anti-static clothing, anti-static clothing whose anti-static performance and dust-free particle count do not meet the standards should be scrapped.

2. When the anti-static clothing is damaged, mildewed, conductive fibers are broken, or the washing resistance time specified by the anti-static level has been reached, it should be replaced in time.

3. Anti-static work clothes that have reached half of their useful life or have been stored for one year must be sampled for inspection. Products that have lost their anti-static properties after testing should be replaced in batches in a timely manner.

4. Anti-static work clothes purchased in batches should be randomly selected to check the charge level before wearing. Those that do not meet the standard should be replaced in time.

5. After a certain period of use, especially when the wearer feels an electric shock when taking off his clothes, a retest should be carried out. If the wearer does not meet the standard, it should be replaced in time
